José Frederico
José Frederico has been an insurance broker authorized by SUSEP since 1976. He is specialized in global insurance programs for national and multinational clients of medium and large size, and he has worked in several multinational insurance brokerage companies, such as Adams & Porter, Marsh, Johnson & Higgins, Frank B Hall and Aon Risk Services. He was responsible for the insurance programs of companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Ford, Romi Industries, Invensys Group, ITT Automotive, Makro Wholesalers, Microlite, Nike, Pepsico, Pfizer, Philips do Brasil and Votorantim, among others.
Marco Guerrero
Marco Guerrero holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a postgraduate degree in Controllership from Instituto Presbiteriano Mackenzie. He is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance. He worked for several years in the United States in partnership with reinsurance agents, specializing in reinsurance for Latin America and the Caribbean. He has also worked with companies such as Chubb, Reliance National, QBE and Marsh & McLennan before becoming co-founder of Truster Brasil.
Frederico M Braz
Fred has more than 13 years experience in the Insurance Market, having worked at companies such as Lockton, Aon Benfield and Bowring Marsh and C6 Re (formerly Som.us and Cooper Gay). Fred has a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and Business Management and broad experience in facultative reinsurance, especially Specialty Lines, such as Specie, and the main activities of Property and Heavy Industries, including Warehousing, Food & Beverage, Mining and Power and Utillities, both upstream and downstream, with experience in large programes such as Banco do Brasil, Vale, Embraer, BRF, Eneva (Formely MPX) , Neoenergia, CELESC among others.
Juliana Oliveira Frederico
Juliana Oliveira Frederico is a Business Administrator and has an MBA in Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance, consumer goods and pharmaceutical markets. She held key positions in multinational corporations such as Chubb, PepsiCo, Merck Sharp & Dohme and Nestlé. In Truster Brasil, Juliana is responsible for the areas of Booking, Finances, Human Resources and Compliance.
Guilherme de Castro
As an student of Actuarial Sciences at Federal University of São Paulo Guilherme has been building his professional career in insurance and reinsurance markets. He has worked at large companies such as SwissRe Brasil Resseguros and Willis Insurance. At Truster Brasil Guilherme works in business management as Broker.
Jessica Mayuni Odo Bastos
With a degree in Production Engineering Jessica has experience in the areas of Business Intelligence and Strategic Planning. For 4 years, she has been building her professional career in the insurance and reinsurance market working in the areas of process mapping and improvement, internal controls and project implementation in companies such as: THB Group and C6 Corretora de Resseguros. At Truster Brasil, in the role of Broker, acts in the business area supporting the analysis and placement of risks.
